Delivery Policy
BYBLOS MARKET provides you with
the freshest products, best prices and fastest delivery.
How does Fax, Telephone, or Online Shopping Delivery Work?
Same day delivery is available! We can deliver your groceries right to your door
the same day if you place your order with us 3 hours before available delivery times.
If you order before 12:00 noon, you will be able to receive your items between 3pm
to 6pm the same day. Otherwise, if you would rather, we can deliver the next day.
Please note that there is a minimum $50 purchase required for free delivery.
We deliver six days a week including
Saturday and Sunday and excluding Monday. Delivery times are:
10:00 am - 1:00 pm
3:00 pm - 6:00
pm
We take orders up to 30 days in
advance only. The areas we offer free delivery to are listed on our home-page. Use
the drop down menu to find your local town. If your town is not listed within our
drop-down menu and you would like to be considered for regular deliveries, please
contact us and
make your suggestion. We can deliver anywhere else that is not listed in the drop-down
menu both in Massachusetts and out-of-state menu at the standard UPS shipping fee
of $9.95 for the first 10 lbs. Feel free to consult us with any shipping and delivery

BYBLOS MARKETS will make every effort
to make your delivery on time, however with such incidents as weather, traffic,
or any other extraordinary event may cause us to reschedule your delivery.
We accept cash or personal checks
on delivery, and credit cards only by Fax or Telephone.
Returned items base on your error
will be charged a $9.95 per delivery to exchange it. Returned items base on our
error will be exchanged and deliver back with no fee.
Pricing Policy
Prices for products you place in
your cart will be guaranteed as long as your order is delivered within 7 calendar
days from the day you originally placed your order. After Seven days, prices will
be adjusted to reflect market/current prices. Prices on items on BYBLOS MARKET are
subject to change with no prior notice.
